The service at this restaurant is quite slow, and they seem to struggle with getting orders correct. They definitely need better staff.

Eventually, a young man brought our order outside. I asked if it was ours, and he confirmed before rushing back inside, which felt rushed. When I checked the bag, I found the fries were cold. The 10-piece nuggets were hot, as if fresh from the fryer, but the four-piece nuggets in the Biggie Bag were cold. I didn’t even check the burger initially. I decided to pull around to let the staff know that half of our food was cold. The woman I spoke to informed me that they were closing. I explained that we had waited and that our food was cold. She simply repeated that they were closing, so I mentioned I would be calling in the morning. While reaching for my sandwich, I discovered it was cold as well—no warmth whatsoever. Now, I’m worried about eating this food. I feel like I could get a stomach virus from it because it's served cold, and the chicken nuggets might not even be fully cooked. I usually don’t leave reviews, but it’s hard to understand how someone can serve cold food that customers have paid good money for. If you don’t enjoy your job, please consider finding a different one. People can genuinely get sick from undercooked or cold food, and it's alarming how careless this situation was. Overall, my experience was disappointing: - Service: 1 - Food: 1 - Atmosphere: 1 - Price per person: $10-20 (for takeout dinner)

Very rude in the drive thru and this isn’t the first time. Got my iced coffee order wrong and proceeded to tell me what I said or didn’t say. Did not even want to fix my drink or apologize. All while I was just being polite. He basically just told me to keep on driving. Horrible customer service, never coming to this location again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
