Mcdonald's - Lillington

Management was very unhelpful when I came to pick up an Uber eats that somebody stole. They were more concerned with the cost of the food, which is like $1 than to fulfill the order so the customer they were more concerned with the cost of the food, which is like $1. So the customer doesn't get their food, and I don't get paid for the order. Also you guys can hold up your pride. Definitely didn't do the right thing

Extremely nice staff. They never and I mean never get my order correct.

Very good staff…order was correct and brought to my table.Staff were neatly dressed and displayed polite manners.

Seems they don't have a good management as they have long wait times. Seems there is no process and once you get in you hear them yelling to each other trying to do all the work...Need a leader there only that

I take my daughter here and they know her order and she calls some of the staff her friends and looks forward to seeing them
