Shuyi Tealicious (concordia)

This is one of my favourite bubble tea places in Montreal. Cashier was super nice, drinks came out pretty fast considering we were a big group, and reasonable prices (around 10$ a drink with taxes)!There are also two claw machines at the back if you ever want to give it a try!

I went late at night since my usual go-to bubble tea places were closed by then. The staff was decent and the store is small and cute. They have pink claw machines in the back and seatings. I wanted a peach tea but they were out of stock so I ended up ordering a strawberry mochi latte and it was much better than I expected. I highly recommend this drink in particular. It’s also a very nice place to hang out if you’re in a small group.

Every time I went there the staff wasn’t polite at all. On several occasions I entered the place, they saw me and ignored me for like 2-3 minutes, keep talking to each other, not even a “hi” and then when I bought the bubble tea : no smile, no kind attitudes, I don’t even know how this place stay open with such behaviours lol

The service here was a real letdown. The drinks were good but one of the ladies working there had a seriously bad attitude. It's not the first time she's been rude to me. when I asked about cup size, she acted all snappy and impatient. Given that, I won't be going back there because of the terrible service.

I first discovered this place when I was walking by, the sweet scent of the shop lured me in. The menu has a big variety of drinks and it's not your average bubble tea shop. It has mochi, yoghurt and of course, tea drinks. My friend took the tarp mochi latte and I got the strawberry mochi latte, which was absolutely amazing. The soft and chewy mochi paired with the crispy strawberry chunks and the subtly sweet drink was a perfect match! Not only did they manage to make me surprised by the flavour combination, but my tastebuds were in heaven! The interior was simple but elegant, it was Avery clean and had quite a few tables. I liked the idea of the claw machine at the back with Sanrio plush keychains, although they're a little hard to get so we had to leave the place empty handed : . The staff was also very friendly!! This place is very good to just chill with friends, 10/10 would recommend!
