The service here was a real letdown. The drinks were good but one of the ladies working there had a seriously bad attitude. It's not the first time she's been rude to me. when I asked about cup size, she acted all snappy and impatient. Given that, I won't be going back there because of the terrible service.

I first discovered this place when I was walking by, the sweet scent of the shop lured me in. The menu has a big variety of drinks and it's not your average bubble tea shop. It has mochi, yoghurt and of course, tea drinks. My friend took the tarp mochi latte and I got the strawberry mochi latte, which was absolutely amazing. The soft and chewy mochi paired with the crispy strawberry chunks and the subtly sweet drink was a perfect match! Not only did they manage to make me surprised by the flavour combination, but my tastebuds were in heaven! The interior was simple but elegant, it was Avery clean and had quite a few tables. I liked the idea of the claw machine at the back with Sanrio plush keychains, although they're a little hard to get so we had to leave the place empty handed : . The staff was also very friendly!! This place is very good to just chill with friends, 10/10 would recommend!

One of the main issues I encountered was regarding the pricing discrepancy between the menu and the cash register.When I placed my order, I noticed that the article I selected had a different price on the menu compared to what was displayed on the register. The staff member insisted that I pay an additional 0.30 cents, claiming it was the correct price. This unexpected charge was quite frustrating and left me feeling deceived.To make matters worse, after paying the extra amount, the staff member informed me that she had forgotten to include the tax. I was then asked to pay an additional 0.05 cents due to an error on her part. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of attention to detail and professionalism.Furthermore, there was an issue with the order for another person in my group. They received the wrong order, which added to our overall dissatisfaction with the visit. The mix-up caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience for us.

Ordered one Taro ball Grass Jelly which had hard-as-stone Taro balls Yogurt Grass Jelly which had old-taste Yogurt. Of course wasted money and couldn't drink it. Had to threw every things. Maybe because it was late when I bought it (23:30) but if you can't control your quality, then dont open late. Never come back!

The medium size tea cup is no longer as large as before, now it 's only 200 ml like a petite size coffee cup from Starbucks. So disappointed ? won 't go there again!
