Pfk - L'Ile-Bizard—Sainte-Genevieve

Those guys deserve to loose their franchise. In thursday 16/11. Theire system was down which is comprhensive. I made my order via the app and asked for the crispy chicken. The lady checked the order with me and she give the regular chicken without advising me. They made the restaurant very hot on on turn up the heat to don't let customer enjoy their meal at the restanrant. KFC Canada must make a surpise visit to check the conformity on this restaurant. It an amateur team who run it.

I thought with all the renovations the food would be better picked up two four piece dinners an hour ago, it was terrible thick skin dripping in oil, minimum French fries and paid 38.61$ have been trying to call them to advise of my not being satisfied and when you push for customer service it rings then it hangs up really disappointed will definetly not go back but if I don’t get them on the phone I am going in person I feel 38$ and food ended up in garbage is not right

Ordered online. Came in 20 min after. Order is not ready. Took another 20 min to prepare it. People at the counter get there food faster, long time before I do.

I wait 1 hour for my order to be ready. And once I picked it up have to wait more cause they give other customers my order! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!
