Amazing sandwiches, amazing cookies and the greatest chilli in mtl... so much better than subway, and so much more fresh ; If subways had a kid that was genetically modified to make the best sandwiches ever, it would still lose to dagwoods' kid??‍

I ordered their catering service for my daughter’s birthday and was a complete disappointment. For input, the party was at 5pm in the event hall next door, I picked it up at 4:30pmWhen I placed my order I was very specific that I wanted my sandwiches with their meats all of them, as for veggies ALL to be only tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise, not other sauces and not other vegetables, specially pickles and black olives, big no to that.The sandwiches were soggy and disgusting, like if they were in those trays since the night before. The bread was fully wet and my sandwiches were everything I didn’t ask, full of other vegetables, olives, pickles, green peppers! For the three trays. At least 10 sandwiches in each were just vegetables not meat at all, those were at the bottom and completely inedible.To say I was disappointed, is an understatement. I then called the store the day after, they took my info and not even an apology! I would never recommend this particular store to anyone, very poor customer service.

The staff is super efficient. Don't really like that they make you pay before your sandwiches are even ready but i guess that's a new thing. Best Dagwood i ever went to!

Went there for lunch last week and every day this week, friendly staff especially the manager Fritz, this fellow always wears a smile, the food there is delicious, the bread is so fluffy and full of flavour, place is very clean, will be a repeat customer for sure, keep up the good work guys.
