Excellent service and very good food especially the girl is very smiling and polite ?

We ordered Mac n cheese chicken poutine and 6 wings combo. The wings are fine, the sauce come with the wings is good, but the Mac n cheese is so bad. The worst Mac n cheese I have ever had. The chicken inside Mac n cheese poutine taste so weird and I don’t want to be mean but it taste like table cleaning cloth. So disappointed by the food and the service. They ask you to order at the front desk and you pay before you get the food. We gave the tip beforehand but we receive no service at all. You have to take your own food and the utensil at the front desk. After you finish, you put them back. No service at all yet we thought this is a dine in place so we gave 15% tip.Would not recommend and come again.

They have a lot of food that's good for like super so if you like that kind of food is a good the best thing about them is they stay open late .

We have eaten in and ordered from this particular Crusty's many times and have dealt with a male manager/owner. He has ALWAYS been polite and helpful. Recently when trying to reach him a woman answers and doesn't speak a work of English and NDG is a mainly English neighborhood. When calling to deal with an issue, she can not communicate and doesn't understand anything I am trying to say. She has now hung up on me 3 times when trying to talk with her.. This is very rude and unacceptable, this restaurant has lost my business
