Marco's Pizza - Lilburn

I called the restaurant to voice my concerns, but the General Manager was incredibly rude and abruptly hung up on me. When I went back to the store, he claimed he had my order ready. I requested a refund, and his response was dismissive; he threw the pizza on the table and told me to leave in a condescending manner. I asked to speak with the owner, but he insisted I wouldn't be able to do so because he was the GM. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I order from this place every Friday, but after this incident, I will never order from them again. I’ve already contacted the company’s franchising office because I believe the owner needs to address the behavior of the staff. The two young men I dealt with were downright rude. I still haven’t received my money back, and the GM was unhelpful and unprofessional throughout the interaction.

The food was excellent, and the server was friendly. The only downside was that we had to wait about 5 minutes for our ride to arrive. When we entered the restaurant, we found that only one person was working. The pizza was tasty as well. Thank you!

In response to the owner's message, I filled out your feedback form promptly last night. It is not appropriate to leave a complaint unresolved for too long. Thank you. UPDATE: 7/22/22 I received another call from DJ, the same manager I spoke with previously. Unfortunately, his attitude was unchanged, and his rudeness continued. I don’t understand why he even reached out. It's clear that this business has some significant issues to address. UPDATE: 7/24/22 The owner did contact me via email about the situation and issued a full refund for my order. That was a positive step.

It was 29. July 2022 at 18:30-7:00. I picked up a DoorDash order when the store seemed very packed and secured with orders. An older and nice lady had patiently waited for her a pizza she ordered. When she asked about the status of her pizza, she was given away the pizza and had to wait longer. It's not the worst part. After waiting longer than the time of the cash register, the lady wanted to see if her pizza was placed on the finished shelf. Suddenly, the General Manager comes out and starts YELLING with her to secure herself repeatedly. The lady can hardly speak for herself, as she is already soft-poken and the man overwhelms her. He cries on her to secure her and doesn't even let her speak. When he goes back to the kitchen, I hear that he says to his employee to cancel the order so that she wouldn't get her pizza. Luckily, they didn't. It was the worst thing I saw in customer service. NO staff, ESPECIALLY the General Manager, should treat a customer so, especially because it has not done anything wrong. Fortunately, other customers came to their defense. The lady started crying, and the manager couldn't carefree. Customers demanded that they get their pizza as well as a refund for the bad service they received. When customers continue complaining about the General Manager for the employees, they said we can't do anything about it since he? Our General Manager? When she left with her pizza and refund, I saw the General Manager and an employee (who looked like him) started laughing together. I can't help but think they laugh about them, but what is there to laugh? He cried an older lady and thinks it's funny? This man has left the authority and power of General Manager on his head. I don't know what would have happened if the other customers don't defend the lady. No business should be as childish and disobeyed as he hired. He should be fired IMMEDIATELY, how DISRESPECTFUL treats the customers and how he treats the shop when he is busy.

I was waiting for my order today, Friday 28th July, 2022 6:45, when the Manager started yelling, screaming to a sweet old lady just because she walked a little bit more in front to the line. He made her cry ?. How is this possible??? How this person can be so mean and disrespectful to an elderly!!?? I really hope he gets what he deserves.
