Ihop - Lilburn

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. Whether you're dining in or taking out, if you choose to order to go, you'll need to go inside to pick it up. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The food is fresh, and the restaurant is conveniently located just off the main road, with Walmart nearby.

I sat on a Sunday morning at 11. The food was good, but my server seemed to be miserable as if I harassed them by my presence and order of food. So I took a star. The bathroom was clean and everything else was good.

I honestly didn't cost the food. It was not good to my taste, and the hot chocolate was not sweet as I expected. The server was very nice and we got a good service. It wasn't very crowded when I went on a weekday at 11:30.

The waiting period was clear and the staff was friendly. The food was fresh, delicious and just as ordered...Extras and everything! The place was a bit crowded, but organized clean..

The food was excellent as always, but the highlight of our experience was our server, Berry. He provided outstanding service and truly made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you, Berry!
