Don Pedro Mexican Food - Lilburn

Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Caldo de Res and sopes. The food is consistently fresh and beautifully prepared. However, the restaurant is a bit unclean; I found myself having to wipe down my own table with baby wipes quite a few times.

This has always been my go-to spot for authentic Mexican cuisine. When my family came to visit from out of state, I was eager to introduce them to Don Pedro's. Unfortunately, I was quite let down. The flavor of the food has really changed. I ordered tacos al pastor, and they just weren't as flavorful as they used to be. My husband got his favorite burrito and was also very disappointed. None of us left feeling satisfied with the quality of the food. The staff is lovely, and the location is good, but I don’t think we’ll be returning for a while in hopes that the food will improve.

This is the best Mexican restaurant I've experienced this year. The food was perfectly seasoned, and the tacos were absolutely delicious. We only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for our meals. The pico de gallo was incredible—I could eat it on its own! They also have a self-serve bar where you can help yourself to various sauces and pico de gallo. I will definitely be returning!

This place is SO GOOD! I highly recommend it. They quite possibly have the best carne asada tacos I?ve every had.

Everything was good except for the refried beans, it was very very mushy and smelled like Alpo. Tres leches cake was good, not baked on site though and has way too much frosting.
