At that point, a short woman with black hair, whom I believe was named Kim, came out from the kitchen. She seemed visibly upset and started raising her voice, claiming that my order had only been in for 18 minutes and that I could come and check if I wanted. I calmly explained that we had been waiting for 40 minutes, and her response was, "Well, then just leave." It takes a lot to frustrate me at a restaurant; I usually tip well and often bring larger parties who do the same. All I can say is that the attitude of the staff has changed significantly. They were unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate, giving off a vibe that suggested I was a nuisance and they didn't want my business. You couldn't pay me to return to this place again.

We took my mom out to dinner, as I hadn't been to this restaurant in about ten years and I remembered always having good experiences. Unfortunately, this time turned out to be a really bad choice. We spent nearly two hours waiting for our food, and we never received our salads. When our meals finally arrived, my mom's dish was cold. She ordered chicken parmesan, but the chicken was so tough it felt like a hockey puck, so she sent it back. Rather than wait another hour for her to get a new meal, I ended up sharing half of my steak with her. My baked potato also took an additional 15 minutes to arrive, despite having butter and sour cream already placed on my steak's plate. The only redeeming aspects of the evening were the appetizer and our waitress, who really did her best. Sadly, the overall experience was not worth the $100 we spent. I was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have even given one star if I could avoid it, but I had to leave a review. Normally, I don’t complain, having worked in food service myself, but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

The sandwiches we ordered were delicious, but the service was noticeably slow. The Reuben sandwich had a bit too little meat and cheese for my liking, while the chicken cheese sub was quite enjoyable. However, I found the prices to be on the high side; our total for two sandwiches, a cup of soup, and just one hot tea came to over $40 before tip.

Amazing food at Great prices!! The bacon cheddar fries appetizer is cheap...but could feed 3! A great experience every time so far

Update This is my third time here and I am still not impressed with the menu however I think the staff is always amazing. The people I go with do enjoy the food. I am on a restricted diet due to health complications and just nothing on the menu toaccommodate so I end up picking at something and then eat when I get home. So hopefully the owners see this and will startadding some other options to those with food allergies to gluten, fructose and lactose ??????????
