Onestamente, non condivido tutto questo entusiasmo per questa struttura. Le camere sono molto piccole e nella mia, tra l'altro, c'era un odore disgustoso di fogna proveniente dal bagno. Per quello che costano, mi aspettavo decisamente di più. C'è davvero poca o nessuna attenzione ai dettagli. La spa non è inclusa nel prezzo della camera, ma costa 25 euro a persona e deve essere prenotata in anticipo... un prezzo folle. La piscina è molto bella. La colazione è sufficiente, ma nulla di più; per chi cerca qualcosa di salato, era davvero deludente. L'ospitalità lascia a desiderare e il personale non è sempre accogliente. Non ho trovato il ristorante pessimo, ma non c’era niente che mi abbia entusiasmato. Insomma, per quello che si paga, trovo che i servizi non siano all'altezza di strutture simili nelle Dolomiti. Amo l'Appennino, ma a questi prezzi e con questi servizi, non stupitevi se le persone decidono di andare altrove. E davvero un peccato, perché il luogo è molto bello.
