L'Escu de Runfao - Liffré

This is the best restaurant in the Rennes region as far as I am concerned. They take their food seriously and it is of the highest quality. Good wine list, excellent service and a nice decor. If you are staying in Rennes I would suggest taking a detour out to Liffré which is only 15 minutes by car. Perfect for a romantic night out.

We visited this restaurant on the evening of Friday June 8. We had the risotto as starter, the Brittany Tarbot (fish) and veal as main dish. All of very good quality. We did not order any dessert- but still received a small treat. The restaurant was full with local people from the Rennes region, this also gives an indication of the quality. The place is located 20 minutes by car from Rennes, not convenient if you want to drink some wine but the food and the atmosphere is worth the additional effort. Jeroen- Amsterdam

We came to lunch on Sunday noon in this restaurant. nothing to say again, excellent meal with delicate and refined dishes. the setting is beautiful with the vast garden for a digestive walk. a very good experience to recommend with a very good reception.

To make it simple, a fairly simple restaurant at the level of the meal, and especially the service. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.

A pleasant lunch in a perfect setting by this sunny Friday. the reception is warm, very beautiful map with quality products well valued by the chef. the most: a young child to whom is served a dish of the suitable map and our two dogs were not forgotten either.
