Kreidemannchens Fischerhof - Lietzow

A gem on the island. I've eaten nowhere on rugs. You get fresh fish everywhere, but usually some Convenience Schmodder. Here, on the other hand, is an ambitious young cook at the plant, which brings dishonest but damn good cuisine to the table with fresh ingredients. A very, very clear recommendation. We were still Easter (where just opened in July (2015 again) and have more often accepted a longer driving time because it is so delicious here. Thursday and Friday evening is now always fish grilling evening, where you can choose different whole fish with delicious supplements. We were there on both evenings and I once chose a Dorade and once a red bass with the roast potatoes that are still cut here and do not consist of any bags of mummy. That's great! On the fish grilling evenings, however, there are not the things from the normal card, but I found in the face of the 1a fish undramatic. From the standard card I can really recommend the pan fish with must sauce hot, but it is also otherwise really all good! Even the baked fish has nothing to do with the oversized frozen fish sticks, which you usually get thrown out of the frituse. The Panade is still appealingly enriched with herbs, the fish is really good and there is a fresh Remoulade and a Hammer Curry Dip. I can't do a rhyme on the one-star rating, which was first given here. The Lord from the Service said the cook had been sick for some time, maybe that was with it. And again for clarification: This article refers to the restaurant in the Fischerhof (I think it is called Kreidemännnchens Schlemmergarten and not to the smokehouse next door. But I have to say: Again we were several times and it was damn good! In any case, an option if you just want to make something small (although they don't always have everything that's hit, so I can understand the criticism in this respect.

Excellent fish. He's practically still shaking when he comes to the table. Very recommended: The fried Baltic Sea herrings, the pann fish of the baking fish (all I have tried so far).

Good morning. Unfortunately bad luck. Fish soup should contain plenty of fish according to the map, but we had to look intensively. We found a whole four pieces. Previously, we had tried to get the enrolled flounder and fish soljanka in the associated carpentry, but both were not to have. NOT RECOMMENDATIONS.
