I'm disappointed to write this review as my partner and I have been regular customers at this Melbourne establishment since the first lockdown. Unfortunately, our recent visit on New Year's Day was quite unsatisfactory. The staff were rude, sarcastic, and obnoxious when we inquired about soft drinks. Additionally, the manager was possibly the rudest person I've ever encountered. It's possible that some staff were still recovering from New Year's celebrations, but that doesn't excuse poor customer service. There are many other places to enjoy good coffee along with exceptional service. This certainly wasn't a great way to start the new year for your customers. I recommend saving your money and choosing a different spot. As you might guess, we will not be returning.

A charming little café located in the heart of Lichfield. They offer a wide variety of vegan options, and I really enjoy their selection of vegan milk!

The staff is wonderful! Most of the drinks can be made vegan, and I absolutely love the iced chocolates! They usually have at least one vegan cake available every day as well.

Lovely staff and a really cute cafe. I've only gotten take away and usually just a coffee but I've tried their vegan blueberry Bakewell and it was soooo yummy! All their cups etc are compostable too!
