Mcdonalds - Lichfield

I am extremely disappointed with the burger I got from McDonald's, as it had fried card/paper in place of salad. This is completely unacceptable.

I stopped by this coffee shop to try out their ordering app and was pleased to see that all the staff were wearing masks, which was appreciated. It was a shame that some customers were not following suit. I used the app to place my order and was pleasantly surprised by how easy and efficient it was. As soon as I walked in, my coffee was being poured, which was perfect timing. Great job, staff!

People from delivery (deliveroo, uber eats, etc.. waiting and eating inside the restaurant. No Covid rules...I've asked them and they say that was an employee...LIE!!!

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had with McDonald’s. Drove round the first time and they forgot my Oasis. Drove round the second time, then waited mins till we spoke to them at the tannoy, they forgot my Oasis again, also ordered a chicken burger...and then received a double cheeseburger instead. Absolute brain dead, don’t understand how they can mess up something so simple even when they’re not busy. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

The new serving methods are not working here. Now you can only place your order if you are in the restaurant using the touch screens. However the screen above the counter telling you your order is ready does not work. It is very clear that...priority on making up orders is now given to deliveries with on the spot customers at the back of the queue
