Masala Club - Lichfield

Ordered a curry for family birthday. Kept getting told it was out for delivery. Took 2 hours not to arrive. To then be told it hadn't even been started to being cooked. Honesty is the best policy always. Will not use again.

I went to this restaurant tonight and decided to dine in instead of getting takeout like usual. The food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Been using Massala Club for a while and we've been impressed but lately, the collection orders have been constantly incorrect and the last order we had my replacement was not even worth eating, it looked and tasted terrible. This is a shame as up to my 3 orders this place was excellent

We have ordered from here from our home address before and had issues, we waited the stated hour after ordering from their own website instead of just eat. And with no sign of the food we rang, to be told that their website was down? And last Saturday we visited our in laws in Bradford road brownhills, they wanted to order from here even after they constantly miss food off their order? I tried to change their mind as there are a wealth of other good takeaways in and around us. But no he said lets give them another chance Well it came back to bite him on the bum because it was HIS meal of chicken tikka main that they forgot this time lol It is a shame because the food is good(when you get it) but safe to say THEY or US will NOT be ordering from there again, i mean how hard can it be to read a written order on a piece of paper? They did get a replacement to us within about 20 mins, but i had already shared my meal with him so that we could eat as a family

This is the first late delivery that we have experienced in many years of takeaways, not good enough, if you are expanding your client base by using third party delivery Company's then consider your customer, 90 minutes is simply not good enough, had to phone you twice to chase up the delivery, come on you guys get your act together else we will go somewhere else.
