These guys are the King of Cask Ale. Literally! The beer here is looked after extremely well and there's always something different on each day. As others have commented, the atmosphere is great with a friendly team. I hate to say it but probably the best pub in Lichfield. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to pop in on Friday night around 10:40 (just 2 of us) and one of the bar staff came to the door, stopped us and said 'no admission after 10:30 ' really?...never again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is a lovely and friendly pub where both the staff and locals made me feel very welcome, especially the bartender, Grant. The drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was enhanced by the TV. Overall, it was a great experience for a reasonable price of £10–20 per person. I would rate the service and atmosphere both a perfect 5!
