Pancho's Mexican - Liberty

I visited this restaurant with my partner for what turned out to be our one and only experience there. We arrived to find a "wait to be seated" sign and ended up waiting for about 10-15 minutes before anyone addressed us. Once we were seated, we ordered a cheese dip for an appetizer and some sweet tea, but our glasses were empty for quite a while before anyone checked in on us. After we finally received our food and started eating, an older waitress approached us in a rude manner to inform us that electronic cigarettes weren't allowed in the building. The problem is, I don’t even smoke vapes. I decided to leave in the middle of our meal and paid the bill. I will not be returning.

This place was very nice. I've been here before and the food is always good. They were pretty short staffed like most places. Food was good, a bit expensive and the beer wasn't very cold but I'd probably go back again.

Absolutely terrible! I highly recommend not wasting your time or money here. The food was cold and unpleasant. The service was equally disappointing. I ordered a chalupa, but they brought me a tostada instead, and when I pointed it out, the staff tried to argue that a chalupa is flat. I even looked it up to show her, but she insisted I was mistaken. I won't be returning.

The food was amazing. Service was outstanding. Very beautiful restaurant.

My go to for great Mexican food and friendly service! The Carnitas street tacos are amazing and so fresh! I highly recommend this establishment
