El Burrito Mexican - Liberty

Visited for the first time today. Waiter wasn't very attentive, even though the restaurant was empty at the time I arrived. Food was mediocre, was truly expecting better. Not a place I wish to visit again.

Worst service ever. Nothing but children as waiters who obviously have not been trained properly. Do better El Burrito. Train your staff so they can be better. Not once was my Tea refilled. Had to ask for green sauce. Waiter walked by my wife and I as if we didn't even exist. Think he thought he was done with us once the food was served. 0 stars if I could

Great experience. They were working short handed. The person at the register also sat us at our table and took the order. Even so, the food was delivered quickly and was delicious as always. She deserved the extra gratuity she received!

Delicious, obviously fresh food, decent pricing, excellent staff and service. Recently changed ownership and menu, so room for improvements on menu knowledge/ information. For example, appetizer menu has a sampler but nobody knew what it included the menu didn 't include this information. Overall will definitely return and recommend!

I’ve never really bothered to write a review for a place I didn’t really like before this and I’m doing so now because it’s unreal. My family and I ordered takeout for the first time since the restaurant was with the previous owners of Hacienda San Lorenzo. We laughed, we really did because why on earth is a restaurant serving frozen food aisle quality taquitos, burritos etc that I can buy from Walmart or make from scratch even BETTER. I miss San Lorenzo so much, they had the place clean, lively, the plating was beautiful (the Vicente Fox plate was my go to it was so beautifully plated and an amazing shrimp dish) and they made the tortillas fresh AND had amazing service and drinks. This place is so embarrassing now mejor comen en la casa! Eat at home people, save your money.
