Yoke's Fresh Market - Liberty Lake

This restaurant provided everything I needed to meet my gluten-free, non-GMO/organic food requirements during my month-long visit. They offer non-dairy ice cream, organic dry goods, health-conscious cleaning products, and laundry services. Although I did not see a section for healthy food supplements, I didn't specifically search for them either. There is no healthy prepared food available, but it is a fantastic option for obtaining vital nutrients compared to Coeur d'Alene or downtown Spokane.

They didn't offer any healthy prepared foods, but it was a great alternative to traveling to Coeur d'Alene or downtown Spokane to stock up on healthy essentials.
