The Butcher Block - Liberty Lake

This place might be a hidden gem if you’re not well-acquainted with Liberty Lake. It features the best butcher shop in town and offers a limited menu of sandwiches, salads, and pastas. The salads are pre-made, making them perfect for a quick grab-and-go. The bread is baked next door at the owner’s other restaurant. Today, I tried the meatball sandwich, and it was bursting with flavor. I've also experienced great customer service each time I've visited.

The customer service was excellent, and the selection of meats was impressive. We also sampled their coconut cake, which was delightful, along with a side dish that perfectly complemented the steak—everything was absolutely delicious. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in their offerings!

Now, everything looked like I'm amazing, and I'm sure most of it is, but I have a qtr lb of tasted bark jerky and a piece of coco cake for almost $17 and the jerry is chewy and childish, and the cake was kind of tasteless. I had probably only really high expectations because it did not very often see them homemade bark jerk. the next time I'll just stay in the load with the tool, though

Simply excellent! I ordered 2 tacos, a pack, and some cheesecake to go, and while I was waiting, I received some great customer service and information about how they work. I will definitely come back here!
