Palenque Mexican - Liberty Lake

The food here is fantastic! I highly recommend the pork street tacos, which are a unique and more upscale take compared to typical Mexican restaurant fare. The dishes aren’t overly greasy, and the presentation is excellent. The rice served with this dish is great—it has a slight corn flavor because it comes in a corn taco cup. The meat is of very high quality, and the sides are impressive as well. I also suggest trying the Mexican pizza!

Palenque is close to my office and is a frequent lunch choice for me and my co-workers. They have yummy lunch specials served with warm chips and salsa. The service is friendly and quick, perfect for getting us fed and back to the office on time. My arroz con pollo was quite good and my co-worker's fajitas came out sizzling. The atmosphere is pleasant and unique. The lunch specials were all priced around $14.95. Give it try! You'll be glad you did.
