Greenwich - Gaisano Butuan - Libertad

The food is reasonably priced and the Christmas decorations are stunning. The bakery, Stevens, has beautiful pastries and cakes that are absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my experience here.

Although the restaurant is located in an old mall, it offers affordable prices. It is convenient to buy items here, and there is ample parking space available.

The restaurant is not very nice, as the building appears very old. The service is slow, especially from the staff at the Gaisano Supermarket. However, they are friendly which earns them a third star. But overall, I would prefer to eat elsewhere. It is worth mentioning that the way they handle customers leaving the building is inefficient. There is security at the reception who simply wave goodbye, without checking what customers are carrying in plastic bags. In Germany, we call this lack of thoroughness "control over control", and it doesn't make sense to do it that way.

Gaisano parking is dangerous with all trucks, construction and dust. I was almost hit by a back-up truck while I left, and they should definitely turn off the parking space for security reasons. facilities within needs improvement. we do not have working roll stairs, dusty corners of the department area. construction of the new building wing when going, but with business as usual in the old wing, they get a lot of dust, construction cement dust.etc this place has a lot of affordable items, and a healthy food store, super market is okay, but a bit warm.

Compared to SM Gaisano definitely has aged. The mall wasn't as cold and the building looked a little darker(probably because of smoke and from all the years it's been there) and there are less people. It also feels a little smaller than SM. Idk how to explain it like SM has this clean minimal and white vibe like a new shoes and Gaisano is like that but older and more worn out shoes.
