Starbucks - Liberal

Super friendly baristas and a great new location. It’s nice to have this as a stop when I visit Western KS! Thanks to everyone on the team there:

Well, when they came to town it is supposed to be progress, as long as progress comes in a 9.00 coffee cup!

I am very disappointed. I asked for whip on my sons drink and the girl rolled her eyes. When she gave me the drink back I asked her to please not roll her eyes at me again. My kids are watching. Then she sarcastically said “oh yea have a good day” and rolled her eyes AGAIN. I was nothing but nice to her. Done with Starbucks.

Have had good experience since the Liberal, Ks store opened. My only comment would be the lack of upkeep on the store itself. The weeds in the flower bed, dirty parking lot and dead ferns by the window still bug me....especially since it's such a new business. Btw....the oj is the best!

Good drinks and nice workers, unfortunately they have to work under a rude and unprofessional manager, Mary I believe her name is. She is verbally demeaning to certain workers while they try to make drinks. I also heard from multiple workers that she has very unprofessional and borderline harassing behavior on a regular basis. Dissapointing to see managers not being held accountable for their behavior.
