Brickhouse Bbq Brew - Liberal

Awesome food and Awesome Service. I wish that BrickHouse BBQ was in Garden City.

While the food was good, I would give them a D- in cleanliness. People at the table near us were licking their fingers then grabbing the bottle of sauce for more on their meat. When the table was cleaned, no one wiped off any of the bottles. Very poor practice these days or any time.

I placed an online order that was jot ready when I arrived. As a matter of fact, they never received the order. The app they use malfunctioned and sent my order somewhere in NY. The Staff here comped my order and had me ready and out the door in just a few minutes. The food was delicious.

Kathy was a fantastic waitress. Friendly and fast at her job. Food was excellent as always.

I enjoyed this place on a Saturday night. Arrived there 6. Already busy but had a table for us three. Had a great top shelf margherita, a super mega spud with burnt ends, and baked beans for $25. This spud will last me several meals. Everyone was pleasantly full.
