Bobr - Libedice

The worst service ever. I came after a long working day, hope to lay in a bad (i had a reservation paid already! the reception was closed. I called on the number that was write on the board, nobody was answering for three times. On fourth time a woman answered, she was unacceptable rude, said that i’ve shoud come before 21h and now she won't let me go in the room and that she doesn't have a room for me. she said that everyone has this information, but it's not true. I didn't receive any info. so what should it be? they just took money, didn't give important information and just said that i won't have a room in the night. Do not advice this hotel. The way how that woman speak to me was horrible even i was polite and just asking what should i do and how can i go to the room that i had recerved

Nicely and new designed but some issues with personell

The Rooms are small, TV channels so poor, not room service on weekends. The breakfast is good in the week but a little poor on weekends. The worst thing is that cookers come out from the kitchen and they take breakfast getting food which it's for customers. They don't make attention this kind of details which doesn't give a good image to the hotel

Sehr gute Küche, nettes Personal.

Unfreundliches Personal Sehr hellhöriges Haus. Auf der Terrasse keine Sitzmöglichkeiten Beim Frühstück musste das Personal mehrfach darauf hingewiesen werden, dass Brötchen, Kaffee etc alle sind.
