Happy House - Leyland

We waited for 2 hours and 40 minutes, and the food still wasn't good. There was no explanation or apology, and the woman on the phone was very rude and hung up on us. Now we have six very hungry children.

I've been waiting for nearly three hours and still haven't received my food. The woman I spoke to was rude and hung up on me. I'm feeling extremely frustrated and hungry right now.

Order on just eat, given a delivery time of 6:50pm it is now 20:03 and still no food, the cheek to charge a delivery fee. I have a 86/87 year old waiting on their food and one is diabetic. The food has always been great but the service is terrible.

2hrs 20 minutes for delivery, chowmein was just a tub of soft noodles, chicken balls were shockingly greasy and burnt, curry sauce was like water. Called to complain after 2hr wait to be told they would call back. Never called back arrived 20 minutes later and shocker it was only luke warm at best. NEVER AGAIN

Happy house has gone down hill, never will i go their for food again, had it a few times now and definitely will not go back, change the cheff n staff obviously they can nor cook and dont care about the customers to serve food like that, the shop looks dirty inside and out disgusting shop
