Noodles And Company In T - ley Park

I order extra sauce for both the Penne Rosa and Tortelloni Peso respectively. I was extremely disappointed to find that both containers had less than 2 tablespoons of sauce. For $1.25/container I expected the extra sauce to cover at least half of my pasta dish – so you can imagine my surprise when there was barely enough to scrape out for 5 noodles. To make matters worse, my actual dish lacked any sauce completely. The Penne noodles were bare, with minimal signs of sauce in the dish. There was also only 1 mushroom and 1 leaf of spinach. It’s almost as if the plain boiled noodles were packaged with parmesean crusted chicken and set out for pick up. I’ve been a customer at Noodles and Co. for over 10 years and can confidently say that this will be my last time spending money here. The quality continues to decline, as does the accuracy of their orders and portion sizes. It’s ridiculous that I had to make sauce to go on my pasta (after paying for extra btw) because I was given an incomplete dish. I’ll be sure to tell everyone else that I turned into a customer as well.

Portion size was great plenty of Chicken in my Pad Thai and the Mac n Cheese was amazing! Service was amazing staff was fast and the manager Gina is Professional Amazing!
