Wendy's - Lexington

I ordered a 4/$4 and asked for a dbl stack w/LTOC only, instead I got a jr cheeseburger w/PKMC and the cheese was not melted. the nuggets were cold and also the fries. worst meal at all just something I ate and had a hard time eating it was the cold burger. I couldn't take it back because I was in my lunch break. next time I don't care how many cars behind me, I'll check my order and sit there until they get it right.

My review was removed to reload. this place in the ground I afflict them to give me a wrong order, something that I threw out because his not eat what id was not even near my cost, and then when I call 4 times I did not answer the phone. it was at night, they wanted to close relatiw soon, so I wait until the next day and went back. showed the manager the reception and explained that she said I had received the entrance from everywhere and asked why I didn't go back in this night. Maybe if they answered the phone, if I always called, I would have gone back to the city, only for my only sandwich and it would have been worked out. but no, they give me a wrong order, ignore my calls, then say I could have laughed the entrance from everywhere. how I wanted to cheat them out of a single sandwich with a quitting that was clearly from their business? funny enough I had ordered nuggets when I came in because I was hungry, so when she gave me the nonsense I just went out after I paid for the nuggets. they needed the money, so sure. will no longer get from me or the rest of my family, as I spread the word. Say goodbye to 300 per month between us all too atleast

That was my first good experience in the time. I have the classic burger with pommes and frost.

This is probably the best wendy’s in lexington, until eating fresh and the personal is nice

The lady at the drive thru told my that I could only use my coupon for buy 1 premium burger and get 1 for a buck only on the Wendy's single. It clearly said premium sandwich so unless a Wendy's single is the only premium sandwich they have on the menu now I guess she was correct. I don't know but I wonder what the other burgers are called because apparently they aren't premium sandwiches.
