I go for my coffee here almost every day for 2 years. It's always been consistent in flavor, quality, delicious. These last two weeks the coffee has been terrible. Please train your new staff. Ive had to throw away 4 coffees recently because they tasted SO bad it was not even close to how I KNOW the owner has trained staff to make. I've been taking my downtown to lucci browns and I really don't want to have to make the drive every day. Get it together, staff! This is OUR favorite neighborhood coffee shop and you're ruining it! NOT COOL!! If you can't follow simple instructions to make it how the human bean chain does it, then PLEASE stop working here. You're making it suck. So this was my first time visiting here. I used the drive thru. When I pulled up to place my order I immediately noticed the bright and very inviting menu. All items on the menu looked amazing! Then a young lady came over the speaker and warmly greeted me. She was very polite and professional. Allowed me plenty of time to make my choice. I ordered my coffee which was a snowy mocha. Pulled around to the window to grab my drink and again I was warmly greeted my a different person. I paid, grabbed my coffee and was on my way! If your craving a great coffee place I definitely recommend going here! You won't be disappointed!!! Btw the coffee was amazing!! Love it!!!

I woke up early just to grab coffee from this stand. The staff were very helpful in preparing a drink my friend would enjoy. Although it took some time for our drinks to be made, and they were out of almost every type of bagel, the friendly service and cheerful smiles made up for it.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, the coffee is outstanding, and they even offer two complimentary chocolate-covered coffee beans. This place is far better than that large chain from Seattle.
