The young man who prepared my food was cheerful, accommodating, and efficient! Unfortunately, the shift manager displayed unprofessional behavior. She had a laptop out with a paused video and personal belongings strewn across the entire booth, making the area feel cluttered. Instead of greeting me, she just paused her video and yelled to the employee, asking if they needed help. When two teenagers she knew arrived, she dropped the broom in the middle of the floor and went to chat with them about high school band, completely neglecting her duties—without even washing her hands before taking their order. Additionally, they were out of chicken and several other items, out of vinegar, and their oven was not functioning. The area around the soda machine was filthy, with crumbs and sticky remnants of spilled soda covering all surfaces; at least three flavors were empty. I eventually settled for lemonade, but upon tasting it at home, it didn’t taste right—it appeared soapy and frothy, so I ended up throwing it away. Overall, there were many small but concerning signs of poor sanitation, leading me to conclude that I won't be returning. I cannot recommend this location.
