Pizza Hut - Lexington

The service has greatly improved compared to before, and I commend the new management for that. However, this is the second time in two months that we've found hair in our food. The first incident occurred about 45 minutes after our meal was served when we discovered hair cooked into a piece of pizza. This time, there was not only hair on our pizza but also in our wings! I'm really disappointed. I understand that these things can happen, but finding hair in two different dishes during two separate orders is concerning. I urge you to take extra precautions to prevent hair from getting into the food. Other than that, we appreciate the efforts being made at the Tyro location!

The pizza was flavorless and undercooked, resembling cardboard in texture.

The order was prepared promptly and was excellent, just like always!

I called in twice and tried to order some wings and pizza and they walked me through and took my address down and everything and then hung up the phone i then called back two more times and they proceeded to do the same thing again. very bad customer service and terrible staff.

Cancelled the order without reason. This location is a joke do not order from here
