Papa Johns Pizza - Lexington

The people who work here were cool people, but this place has definitiw no better pizza or better ingredients. I am a faithful papa johns customer, but I was definitiw not impressed by the quality of my pizza. for a second, I thought I'd eat cesars pizza. please do the right papa john’s that I spent over the years hundreds and hundreds of dollars for papa john’s. I donate the last half of my pizza to my local pantoffels

Play to much in there with the pizza dough and don't were gloves, when I seen the young guys looking at there phone

Ordered a large pizza online. Online it said 20 minutes. Showed up on time and they hadn’t started the order. Told me another 25 minutes. No explanation, no apology, just an option to cancel my order. Love Papa John’s but gonna skip this one for a while.

Stopped by to order a pizza on my way to Kroger. The young man told me he’d be with me in a minute and I had to wait while he folded boxes. I asked him to see a menu and he said we don’t have menus. I replied how am I supposed to know what your specials are so I can order. He looked at me with disgust and said “Lady, it’s only pizza”. I will never step in that store again.

Took way too long to get a small pizza. Arrived 15 minutes after ordering and told another 10 minutes, after 10 minutes it was about 20 minutes before it was ready for pick up
