My wife Stacey and I recently made a trip to Lexington to catch our son 's baseball game. After a quick Google search for dinner spots, Papa Jack 's Pizza popped up, and we 're so grateful it did. In fact, we ended up visiting twice in a week because the food was just that good.The pizza at Papa Jack 's surpassed any we 've had before, bringing back fond memories of a favorite spot in Lee 's Summit. What really stood out, though, was meeting the owner. His pride in the place was evident in his warm personality and dedication to great service.As a family who loves to explore Hole in the Wall eateries during our travels, Papa Jack 's was a true gem. Over the years, we 've stumbled upon some hidden treasures, and this is definitely one deserving of recognition for its outstanding service and delicious pizza.If you 're curious about our favorites, we highly recommend the White Pizza with garlic alfredo sauce, spinach, cheese, and feta, as well as the All Meat loaded with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, beef, and pork.We 'll definitely be back to Papa Jack 's, and you can bet we 'll be spreading the word about this fantastic find.
