Also we had ask for the manager but we were told that they were to busy to speak to us and help solve our problems. This is probably the last time I will come
Ferrara Pizza Pasta has mastered the art of creating comfort food with a gourmet twist. It's a testament to their culinary expertise that keeps me coming back for more.
Food is really good but service was horrible. Waitress was quite ditzy and failed to tell us one of our order tickets were not seen and they started on it late. Instead, brought the plates out and just left my husband sitting there without any communication of where his food was. No refills, no extra napkins, she continued to forget to even bring anything we’d ask for. She was so slow at bringing drinks, then super slow to bring the food once she’d remember, and she sat there in La la land the entire time. Only reason we’d return is because the food was good. Service, not so much. By time that missed ticket came out, we had finished eating and my husband had to just take his plate home. Still , no communication as time went on about his order.
If your from the Northeast and missing Italian like home, give Ferraras a try. This is literally the best Italian I've had at a restaurant. I had the Chicken Parm with spaghetti 1st time, Rigatoni Palermo 2nd time, and Penne Vodka 3rd. The chicken was cooked perfectly, noodles all perfectly al dente, and Vodka Sauce was to die for. Luckily I don't live closer or Id spend all my money eating here.
Came in not greeted for 3 minutes. Had to ask. After seating ourselves to a dirty table waiting 12 minutes before anyone even came up and finally got a menu. Waited 45 minutes for children portioned food which was ok wasn’t anything much different than an Olive Garden.
