Domino's Pizza - Lexington

I waited for an hour for my order to be delivered, and before it even arrived, I called the restaurant to see if they could retrieve it before the driver showed up with a cold pizza. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced.

The staff at Amanda Whisman's night shift at The Lane All Business Works are excellent! They provide friendly and speedy service, and are currently offering promotions. Keep up the good work. We had stopped coming here due to bad service in the past, but they have won us back.

I would not recommend this restaurant at all. I placed an order for a pizza an hour before closing time, but it was never delivered. The app showed "quality checking" and wouldn't let me cancel my order. I tried calling the store multiple times in the last half hour before closing, but didn't get any response. When I called the customer service number, they blamed the bad service on it being a franchise. Not a great experience at all.

I waited an hour and checked the tracker and it hadn't even started being made so i called and it took them 15 mins to answer the phone and when they did the manager cussed me and my mother out. never ordering from this store again the disrespect is uncalled for.

This place used to be good but having my pizza sit on a shelf for over an hour without even being delivered is freaking ridiculous.
