Burger King - Lexington

After she struggled with our order for a while, we decided to pull up to the window to try and correct it. The girl at the window was kind and clearly felt bad for the situation, as she hadn’t received adequate training. I felt sorry for her too because she was clearly overwhelmed and had no managerial support. After waiting for 10 minutes to fix our order, we were then told we had to wait another 5 minutes for our food, which was cold when we finally received it. I really don’t understand why we had to wait at all, especially for cold food. This place has consistently disappointed me every time I’ve given it another chance. That was strike three for me—I'm done. I’ll be notifying the company by Monday morning. They definitely need better management and more training before sending someone out alone to handle customers.

Slow service. the order was usually exact, only not getting the bbq sauce for the children nuggets

I had to consume a lot of salt, and the bathroom was terrible, lit by harsh neon black lights that made it impossible to see the filth. I will never trust this place again, especially after the rude staff member!

I approached the counter, but several employees simply looked at me without acknowledging my presence or stepping up to take our order. There were no other customers at that time. After waiting for 5 minutes without any communication from the staff for me or my family of five, we decided to take our business to Zaxby's just a few doors down. I don’t expect employees to be overly friendly, but I do expect them to start the transaction. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. I would recommend avoiding this place.
