Arby's - Lexington

I love the Reuben sandwich, and Arbys serves one of the best! The Beef-n-Cheddar was delicious too, along with the curly fries and mozzarella sticks. The mint chocolate shake was a personal favorite and really hit the spot for my sweet craving!

The fries were oily and seeping through the container.

I requested Arby's sauce but did not receive it, asked for sweet tea but was given unsweetened tea, and ordered a cup of cheddar which I paid for but did not receive.

They didnt have roast beef for my sandwich which is odd because I thought Arbys was famous for its roast beef. But Nicky my door dasher called me. Arbys wanted him to contact me to let me know they were out of roast beef and to see if there was any other item I wanted. I got a crispy chicken sandwich and it was good. Even though I didnt get my beef and cheddar I got my curly fries and my tea and they did switch out for a crispy chicken sandwich. Over all my food was good. I was satisfied with my food.

They forgot the au jus for the French Dip and forgot ALL the curly fries. Very disappointed!!
