Domino's Pizza - Lexington Park

Great customer service, and they always are very fast and courteous.

We often order from this place because of their coupons and rewards, which generally make it cheaper than other pizza chains. If I'm craving a really great pizza and don’t mind spending a bit more, I’ll go to Nicoletti's instead. The delivery time is usually quite reasonable, and my orders are correct 95% of the time. There was one occasion when they forgot to slice the pizza, but thankfully, we had a big knife at work. On another occasion, the driver claimed they delivered my pizza but it never actually arrived. It was late at night, but I went in the next day, and they were kind enough to remake the order for me.

I've ordered from this restaurant twice, and both experiences were terrible. The first time, I got two pizzas that looked like they had been made with no care at all; the cutting was completely uneven and haphazard. The second time, it took at least an hour and a half for my order to be ready, and once again, they cut the pizza in the same unprofessional way as before. Overall, I'm very disappointed.

I order from this restaurant frequently and have hardly ever had a problem. The staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently hot and tasty. Plus, it's very affordable—$6.99 for a medium pizza with two toppings is unbeatable. Keep up the great work!
