However, I’ve come up with an idea for a competing business that I believe could surpass Cold Stone. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you: Hot Stone Creamery! Yes, you guessed it! We took the best part of Cold Stone, the cold stone, and made it HOT! We’ll be racing to serve your ice cream off the stone before it melts! It’s a quirky concept, and I’m excited to take this idea to the bank for a loan. My initial ice cream flavors will include: grilled cheese, spaghetti, pasta, Reuben, sauerkraut, bacon au gratin, falafel, and of course, patty melt (and tuna melt too). I'm also open to suggestions for additional flavors from the public, but please, no jokes or gross flavors! I decided to go with the ice cream and chose classic vanilla and chocolate chip. I loved how they folded the chocolate chips into the ice cream, ensuring every bite was a delightful mix. It was delicious right up to the last spoonful! There is some seating available, but it’s limited to two people per table, with a four-person table outside. However, the outdoor tables weren’t the cleanest, likely due to the nature of the store, as ice cream tends to drip everywhere when you’re outside! Overall, I would definitely come back to try more items and perhaps sample another ice cream cup!

The ice cream was quite thick and excessively sweet, which wasn't to my taste. Additionally, the prices were much too high!

Someone who cannot have dairy different flavors of ice cream were melted into the dairy free ice cream.After I had tried my smoothie I noticed. I wasn't a big fan of it, and the employees refused me the ability to swap out my flavor for another smoothie.I have to go out of my way to find my shop. That doesn't have milk in all their ice cream, it's a shame.They offered me a scoop of dairy free ice cream, in exchange I paid seven dollars for a smoothie that's what I wanted.The lack of willingness of working with their customers in regards to customer service lacks in some areas especially if the customers are the ones spending their money at the ice cream parlor.

I love Coldstone in general and this location never seems to be out of flavors and toppings, which is something I have experienced at other locations. Workers are always pleasant and patient with kids too.
