Contribuiți la feedbackThis was my first time dining out since the pandemic began. The restaurant was surprisingly empty for a Thursday night. There was no wait to be seated, and our service was impeccable.
I went to this restaurant for lunch and they got everything wrong. They forgot to bring me any utensils, cocktail sauce, or even napkins. The clams I ordered were overcooked and not what I wanted.
The service at this restaurant was appalling, and it was clear they didn't want to be there. The staff's greeting was unhelpful when we requested to switch tables, and there were only two other servers present.
Prices have risen by at least 25% in most positions. it was shocking and we're almost gone. we were and enjoyed the service and good food. 2/3 of the dining room was closed. they seem to have lost the customers to financial conditions and. hugh prices.
I came to check-in with priority seat through opendoor. the host seemed to be new and had to call the manager to help. while waiting, she added others to the waiting list. the manager came and did something and asked us to wait. I noticed they were sitting the guests who came after us. I went to let the manager know, and she went on to get me over call-up and priority seats that didn't make any sense, but we had to wait. I noticed that she sat a table that came in after she checked us and told her we were both here and checked before they even arrived as walk-ins. the guests knew and insisted that she was sitting on us and she was less than satisfied. I let them know that they sat three tables that came after us. she was acting as if we had not. that was for an unpleasant experience. the next day I realized that she canceled our priority seats instead of checking us. pure rudeness!
