Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches

I'd like to come here for lunch. Today I took off board. I couldn't park there because the line was super long for the ride. You should move it to another section of the restaurant so it can be better accessible. Another thing I noticed, my sandwich was kind of thin, it didn't have enough turkey meat or vegetables. I paid almost $12 for a piece of turkey ham and bread, it has a lot of mayonnaise. At least add more vegetables. I don't know if I'm coming back.

Customer service in this place is terrible. Long waiting time. Unfriendly and unconscious workers. The rewards run so fast that you can't even use them. Besides, they wanted to invite me for a cup of ice cream. I'll give up at this point. It's far from the fast food and service it used to be.

I am literally 400’ft from the location. When you order at lunch, they're pretty slow. They say they only have 2 drivers. Nevertheless, 30 minutes is not fast. Even like the sandwich, but not worth $20 for a sandwich chips pickle and drink and wait a 30-minute!

I love Jimmy John's, but this place always offers bad service. You ignore my enquiries for napkins and cut the sandwich in every single delivery order in half. I ordered three times a month for the last two years. Unfortunately, this situation is the only one that delivers to my house.

Look at the great sandwich from Jimmy John’s, the drive thru guy had an horrible attitude and horrible CSI, do not go to this place at all, this is a scam of a place; horrible sercive and horrible food. Spend your money some where else.
