Firehouse Subs Lewisville

Our household is a big fan of Firehouse Subs, and we've visited several locations in the DFW area. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit to this location, I ordered our usual and found it to be lacking – about 70% less in ingredients than usual, and it was a complete mess. I’m giving it 2 stars because my order was ready on time and there was a nice lady working there. However, they were using a shop vac, which was quite loud, probably due to the heavy rain earlier. Normally, I enjoy sitting down and having a meal here, but this experience was disappointing. I probably won’t be returning. The picture shows my Hook and Ladder sub, and I’m really sad about how it turned out.

The restaurant smells bad and was dirty when we came home with our togo order, they had forgotten one of our sandwiches. We asked them to relieve our card, and the manager argued with me that we were lying, then refused to reimburse our cards unless we drove all the way back.

Nothing special about eating. Waited over 10 min and over 25 for my food only for them to get my order wrong.

Ate here for the first time yesterday. It was so good! Staff was friendly and attentive.I will be back for sure!

I ordered food today for a business meeting for about 40 people. The manager, Rocio was absolutely awesome. She took my order, walked me through the options for food drinks. Not one thing wrong with the big order! Picked it up and all was well! Thank you Rocio. I will be back. It’s good to know there are people who enjoy their customers’ interaction.
