Arby's - Lewisville

Update: Went to Arby 's to get roast beef for supper. I pull up to the speaker and was told 'we are closed '. Apparently they closed at 6pm. No notice on outside menu. Girl on speaker was very rude and said 'we are opened 10 to 6, we are short staffed. ' Ok but didn 't have to be rude. Lost my business just because she was RUDE!!!!!!

I can never get enough of their jalapeño poppers and bronco sauce! It’s always fresh and delicious but sometimes they do forget to add the sauce in there so always double-check.

If I didn't give stars. We gave our order that the employee who accepted our order was so rude that we simply pulled out and she sounded like she didn't want to work. Then up there's only one car on the window and we waited for a bit. Terrible customer service. It was a big thin African American with long dreads she has terrible costume service as she still works there.

Quinnshell is amazing!! Such a friendly voice when you pull through the passage always checks whether your orders are correct and has an amazing smile on your face so refreshing every day to finally see such a great customer service at this point!

Simply the rude drive thru individuals I've ever spoken to. One of the ordered items was not in the pack and I had already spent the 15 minutes coming home when I recognized it. The complaint was that the order was placed over an hour ago, but I only had thirty minutes in control due to a traffic volume on the road up. Ultimately, I pour the missing item, but the aggression that comes from the woman and insisted that I was wrong was extremely rude.
