Jimmy John's - Lewiston

I tried Jimmy John's because someone told me it was good,but if that is what you call a sub sandwich I will go find a better place to go. I can make a better sub then that.

Stood in line there for 10-15 minutes after I ordered and didn?t ever get my sandwich before I just walked out. Cashier was tense and gave me weird looks whenever I was ordering with him. I was the only person of color in there and in uniform. I don?tknow if they were discriminatory/racist but i just had an unpleasant feeling in there. Never got my sandwich before i walked outseeing people who came in after me get their orders. Lost $10. Don?t come here

I?ve traveled all around the country and JJ?s has been pretty consistent- except this location. Three times I?ve ordered, three times they messed up my sandwiches. The first time was a big deal because it was an allergy issue. This time, we had to throw3/4 of our meal away since the sandwiches were wrong the chips were stale. The crew is very kind and I appreciate that (whichis why I gave an extra star), but a little carefulness would go a long way. I don?t like wasting money and having to checkeverything before leaving the store.

Literally the best sandwiches in town but don't order delivery. Takes HOURS sometimes, and then your sandwiches are soggy and they didn't include the mustard packets. You're better off ordering for pick up.

This is the worst jimmy John's in the United States. Been here 3 times now for a sandwich and they have no bread, only option is a unwich or nothing. How is it possible to not have any wheat bread or sandwich bread. The owner has a bunch of kids workingwith zero customer service skills. We went across street and got dinner at McDonald's. We watch 9 cars pull up to order and leftwithout food. How does a business pay 5 kids 15.00 hour with zero revenue in the last hour. Two were sitting in chairs must havebeen supervisors, while other 3 cleaned for last hour. Sounds like ownership needs to be a bit more evolved or send in somesecret shoppers to expose the laziness.
