I would leave 0 stars if I could...the reason for one star overall rating, even with a three star average, is due to what seems to be the new manager there, or whatever his position, some guy named Patrick, is probably the worst Dunkin employee I 've ever observed. HORRIFIC managing skills. He has no idea what he 's doing as far as managing and leading go. He clearly has no education or managing background/knowledge, just goes by words in a book it seems, but also treats his employees very biasedly and has no leadership skills whatsoever. How he got that position is beyond me. The employees that are busting their butts to keep things flowing without his help are quite amazing though. None of them that I observed have any respect for him AT ALL. If the upper management wants this location to stay afloat, they would replace him immediately.I am a former mystery shopper that has decided to start making observations on my own and rating them on Google so that my fellow locals can get some honest and behind the scenes type of observations to see what 's going at various businesses, because if the management is terrible, everything else soon will be too, as it trickles down.
Seems I have to write this now cause basically tired..Everytime without fail this and almost every Dunkin Donuts does the same thing..I order coffee the same sandwich the same except the sandwich I specify I want bagel toasted..And what do I get?! Same not toasted bagel cheese cold meat barely warm..I understand to a point that there are rushes and tons of people waiting for their order,but if they want their order they will wait for it..im.tired of asking them to toast and have sandwich at least hot cheese melted and.meat warm,but no same in just about all places under cooked not toasted..Dunkin Donuts time to retrain everyone from owner manager to order clerk..FOOD IS TO BE COOKED AND NOT JUST HEATED..QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
Time to make the donuts! Well, it was about 4pm and I guess Dunkin only gets X amount of donuts from the industrial park in the morning. **** poor selection, but the two I got, a coconut and a bluberry were tasty. As usual, my usual, med. hot hazelnut, no sugar, 4 creams was superb. The associate was very cordial, on the ball, and apologized for the lack of donuts.
I have been to this location a few times and neither were memorable in any sense. The first time I met someone for coffee and the ordering experience seemed more difficult than it needed to be. I ordered a hot plan coffee and it took longer for them to deliver that than the person after me who wanted 2 pumps of this, light on this, 2 more pumps and a swirl of this and a few donuts. Must be a regular to get special treatment.The second experience was no different. The drive thru may seem organized but the front-end staff seem all over the place. This location doesn't seem to have good management to ensure a cohesive work environment. The different between staff experience at drive-thru compared to front-end is night and day and not necessarily in a good way.
