Thunderbird Tacos - Lewisburg

I ordered a bowl of beans and tofu. It was really good, and I appreciated that they gave me a generous portion of tofu, which is not always the case at other restaurants.

There are plenty of vegan options available, not just beans! The food is delicious and the service is excellent.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. Every menu item can be ordered as a taco, burrito, or a bowl. There is a vegetarian section on the menu, but no dedicated vegan section. You can substitute veganaise for any non-vegan product. However, I have found that the veganized vegetarian options lack flavor because many of their sauces are not vegan and they do not offer vegan cheese. Despite this, it is still a decent place to visit if you are in town. The staff is great. As of December 2021, they are now open during the winter season.

Right next to wild beans, another cool spot with vegan options. I enjoy the chili limes tofu tacos. Very good. Great place!

Great atmosphere and fully accommodating to this vegan. The tofu was prepared so nicely. Hubby is non-veg and enjoyed this place too.
