Domino's Pizza - Lewisburg

Very fast delivery on my order. Super surprised and pleased with how quickly they prepared and delivered.

They lost my on line order, so I had to wait while they made it. Later that night, they called me to find out when I was going to pick up my order, which they apparently found after I picked up the order I had to re-order because they didn't get it until after they got it. Yeah, I know. Hope they figure it out before I order another one.

Horrible, customer, service, and delivery experience! My food didn’t arrive in the timeframe that I expected it to. I saw that I had a missed call, but didn’t realize it was from the driver until I called the store and the manager is berating me because I didn’t answer the call that I received. Had I not responded to a text that the driver sent me I would not have known that my food was left outside. Supposedly I’m supposed to be at the beck and call of the delivery person when I order food. Also, did you know Domino’s delivery people cannot go into public buildings to deliver anything. Last time I ordered from the store

I ordered wings and stuffed bread with pepperoni AND INCLUDED THE TIP, however I received tiny wings with sauce poured over them and stuffed bread with NO PEPPERONI, ASHLEY sent the driver back with my supposedly correct order but it was just pepperoni NO CHEESE, When they Finally answered GM (Ronnie he said his name was) said he was too busy to help and he couldn 't return the TIP (yes I did want it back) but he could give me a credit. I DIDN 'T WANT A CREDIT because I will NEVER order from that location again! He called me a smart mouth .Am I supposed to be happy about it?Utterly disgusted.

Spoke to an actual person that was very helpful and polite when I called. In this whacky world today.... that might seem simple but what used to be the norm has sadly dwindled. Always good pizza!
