The Blue Water House - Lewes

We've been here before, so no surprises. The place is eclectic. The staff are awesome. Friendly and accommodating. Comfortable laid-back B&B. Nice selection of fruit, Danish, and muffins. They have a special meal each day, but will fix you something by request. This weekend was a delicious French toast casserole that was scrumptious. The kitchen is always open for coffee, water, and snacks. The balcony makes for a pleasant place to gather with other folks that are in your party. We booked for next year already.

This was our second year staying at the Blue Water House. We had an incredible time. The house is wonderful, filled with all kinds of art from the floor to the ceilings. The beach is a few minutes walk away. They prepare a wonderful breakfast for guests in the morning. The blueberry pancakes we had were made from fresh blueberries picked right from the bushes that grow by the beach. They are family friendly, incredibly welcoming, kind people, that make guests feel at home. We love the BWH and will absolutely stay with them again!

A real treasure of a place. The art work is like walking into a New York City Soho Gallery /Shop. The room was clean and comfortable, comfy and cozy. We had a balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Breakfast provided was delicious. Snacks and water provided throughout the day. 2 1/2 block to beach was simple and a quick walk into town. Simply put this is a must stay for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach and a eclectic boho style bed and breakfast

A fun and family friendly bed and breakfast steps away from the Delaware Beaches. Was greeted at the door by the official greeter, Remy, who has his very own Instagram account! (Remy_bluewaterhouse)Artwork covers the walls and the longer you look the more you see! The rooms are decorated and painted in a Florida Keys theme which made me feel right at home.Rick and Tony are the perfect hosts providing snacks and water in the dining room along with a delicious hot breakfast made daily.I highly recommend staying here if you want fun to be a part of your stay!Rooms: Brightly painted and decorated. You’ll wake up happyNearby activities: Lots to do nearby. Explore downtown historic Lewes, grab a bite to eat, shop or hit the beach. No car needed but if you’d like to ride (a bike) the guest house has some for loan.

There are no words to describe our experiences in this place year after year . Feel like home everytime I come to enjoy few day s around Lewes..the cleanliness, the attention, the help ..Rick and his team had everything there for you to have a great staying..
