Half Full - Lewes

Half Full is a charming little pizza shop with a wonderful outdoor dining area. Paula and her team are truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and well-informed. The menu offers something for everyone, and their pizza is, of course, outstanding. They also feature a great variety of beers in cans and bottles, as well as an impressive wine selection, some of which are unique. It’s one of our go-to spots for a simple, enjoyable, and delicious meal.

Without a doubt, Half Full is our favorite restaurant in Lewes! The staff is incredible—welcoming, friendly, and always eager to help. As for the food, don’t overlook the house salad; with artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and a delightful dressing, it’s an amazing way to kick off your meal. I can’t rave enough about the pizza—the crust is perfectly thin and flavorful, without being overly crispy. The topping options on the menu feature a wonderful blend of complementary flavors. Our favorite so far is the Dublin Pig. We didn’t try any desserts, but I’ve heard they’re also fantastic. And of course, a good meal isn’t complete without a nice drink. The beer selection always includes excellent local brews, and they have a lovely variety of red and white wines available by the glass or bottle. In short, you need to visit Half Full!

We recently dined at Half Full and had a fantastic experience. We chose to sit at the communal table and met a lovely couple who shared insights about the Lewe area. The berry and brie pizza was a delightful combination of sweet and savory, while the pepperoni pizza was simply delicious. The staff was friendly and exceptional. If you’re in town, you definitely need to give this place a try!

This is our absolute favorite place to eat in Lewes. Never disappoint. Atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. The staff is wonderful. Good selection of beer/wine for a small place and I love that they even have a seasonal cocktail. The pizza is also always amazing and the offered variety is perfect. No change!

Wow!! Amazing flatbread style pizza at reasonable prices. Enjoyed the vibe of the place and staff was very friendly and efficient never had to wait long for anything. Don’t skip dessert the carrot cake was so good we each had to order our own piece!
